It governs the relationship between us and applies to your use of the Yes to Life Travel website www.yestolifetravels.com and the services provided. By accessing the website or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this document.

The terms “we”, “our” and similar pronouns refer to the independently contracted person or entity referred to in the header of this site.

- The “Services” consist of the Website and any functions provided by, through, or in conjunction with the Website, including but not limited to travel booking, email, telephone messages, and text messages.
- Each component of your travel (including but not limited to cruises, hotels, flights, excursions, tours, all-inclusive, travel insurance, and all other travel-related services) may include its Terms of Service of service or a contract of carriage (the “Partner Terms”). If Partner Terms apply, you will be shown a link to the Partner Terms before completing your booking. We make no representations or warranties as to the Partner Terms. You acknowledge and agree that you will review and agree to the Partner Terms before booking your travel through the Services.
- The Services are not for use by users under the age of 18. By registering for the Services, you represent to us that you are over the age of 18, and warrant that you shall not allow people under the age of 18 to use or access the Services.
We reserve the right to introduce additional services or products, modify existing services, or discontinue services at our discretion. Users acknowledge and accept that Yes to Life Travel is not liable for any changes, updates, or discontinuations and that services are provided “AS IS.”
REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our Services.
- Users must not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws.
- User Obligations
By registering for an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your information to ensure accuracy.
- Keep your username and password confidential and secure.
Yes to Life Travel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users provide false or incomplete information.
- Parental Consent for Minors
Parents or guardians must create “family” accounts for children under 18. By doing so, they accept responsibility for monitoring and managing their child’s activities and determining whether the Services are age appropriate.
PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected during registration and use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy www.yestolifetravels.com/privacypolicy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
- Payments
- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your travel arrangements.
- Full payment is due by the deadline specified during booking.
- Cancellations by User
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, send an email to info@yestolifetravel.com. Refund eligibility is determined by third-party supplier policies.
- The non-refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstances.
- Cancellations by Yes to Life Travel or Suppliers
- If a third-party supplier cancels or modifies travel arrangements, we will assist with rebooking or refunds as permitted by their policies.
- Yes to Life Travel is not liable for cancellations or changes made by suppliers.
TRAVELER CONDUCT
By using Yes to Life Travel LLC services, including participating in group travel or events, you agree to uphold respectful and lawful conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unlawful or Offensive Behavior
- Uploading, posting, sharing, or engaging in any behavior or communication that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise objectionable, including content that promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
- Harm to Minors
- Engaging in any conduct that exploits, endangers, or causes harm to minors in any way.
- Impersonation and Misrepresentation
- Impersonating any individual or entity, including Yes to Life Travel staff, guides, or representatives, or falsely affiliating yourself with an individual or organization.
- Unauthorized Content
- Uploading, posting, or sharing content that you do not have the legal right to share, including material that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights.
- Malicious Activities
- Sharing content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code designed to damage or disrupt software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
- Spam and Solicitation
- Sending unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” or similar communications.
- Disruption of Services
- Disrupting the normal flow of communication or interfering with the travel experience of other participants, including but not limited to creating disturbances or engaging in behavior that negatively impacts others’ enjoyment or safety.
- Interference with Operations
- Tampering with or disrupting Yes to Life Travel’s services, systems, or networks, including unauthorized access to our systems or attempts to circumvent security measures.
- Violation of Laws
- Engaging in activities that violate any local, state, national, or international laws, including but not limited to laws governing travel, securities, or exports.
- Stalking or Harassment
- Engaging in stalking, intimidation, or any behavior intended to harass, threaten, or harm another participant, traveler, or staff member.
- Unauthorized Data Collection
- Collecting or storing personal data of other participants or users without explicit permission, or for purposes unrelated to the trip or services.
Enforcement and Accountability
Yes to Life Travel LLC reserves the right to:
- Monitor and Remove Content: Review and remove any user-generated content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to other participants or the experience.
- Access and Disclose Information: Access, preserve, or disclose account information and communications if required by law or if deemed necessary to:
a. Comply with legal obligations or processes.
b. Enforce these Terms and Conditions.
c. Respond to claims of rights violations by third parties.
d. Protect the safety, property, or well-being of participants, staff, or the general public.
Security and Usage Compliance
Yes to Life Travel LLC uses security measures to protect trip information, materials, and digital assets. Travelers are prohibited from bypassing or tampering with security measures or using the information provided by Yes to Life Travel for unauthorized purposes, including reproduction, distribution, or exhibition without permission.
By participating in trips or events provided by Yes to Life Travel LLC, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the trip or event, termination of services, and potential legal action.
CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Users grant Yes to Life Travel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use content submitted for public areas of the Site. Content submitted for private use, such as communications or bookings, will not be used for promotional purposes without explicit consent.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Yes to Life Travel LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
- You acknowledge and agree that the Services, the Website, and Content contained therein (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics, and all software and source codes connected with the Website and the Services) are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights and laws that are owned by Company or other third parties from whom Company has the right to display such intellectual property. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold, or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
- The Company does not claim ownership of any materials you post, upload, or submit to any publicly accessible area of the Services. You hereby grant to the Company (and its Affiliates) a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, perform, and display all Content that you upload to the Services, and to incorporate any such Content in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. You agree that the Company will not treat any Content that you upload to the Services as confidential and may use any such Content in the operation of its business (including without limitation, for products, services, marketing, or advertising) without incurring any liability for royalties or any other consideration of any kind.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Yes to Life Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Users acknowledge that they are responsible for securing travel insurance and assume all risks associated with declining coverage.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Yes to Life Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation providers). We are not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of suppliers.
- Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
- Loss, injury, or damage caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Yes to Life Travel reserves the right to modify or discontinue its Services at its sole discretion. Users may terminate their accounts by submitting a written request. Upon termination, access to Services will be revoked, and no refunds will be issued for unused Services.
INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yes to Life Travel LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Yes to Life Travel LLC is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
