Refund Policy for Travel Services

At Yes to Life Travel LLC, we strive to provide seamless and enjoyable travel experiences. However, due to the nature of travel arrangements, certain restrictions apply to refunds. This policy explains the terms governing refunds for our travel services.
- Deposits
- All deposits are refundable within 48 hours of booking.
- After 48 hours, deposits become non-refundable to cover administrative costs and to secure reservations with third-party suppliers.
- If your booking is made within 48 hours of the final payment due date, the deposit will be immediately non-refundable.
- Payments and Final Balances
- Full payment for travel services is required by the deadline specified at the time of booking.
- Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposit or partial payments made.
- Cancellation by the Traveler
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@yestolifetravel.com.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the refund policies of third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, and tour operators).
- Yes to Life Travel LLC will deduct any non-refundable deposits and administrative fees before processing eligible refunds.
- Cancellation by Yes to Life Travel LLC
- If Yes to Life Travel LLC cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participants, we will:
- Provide a full refund for the portion of payments made directly to Yes to Life Travel LLC.
- Assist with obtaining refunds from third-party suppliers, subject to their policies.
- Third-Party Supplier Policies
- Refunds for airfare, accommodations, transportation, and tours are governed by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective suppliers.
- Yes to Life Travel LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes initiated by suppliers.
- Travel Insurance
- Refunds may be limited or unavailable without travel insurance.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other unforeseen events. By declining insurance, you assume full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from your inability to travel.
- Force Majeure
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Administrative Fees
- Administrative fees may be charged for processing cancellations or changes to bookings. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days after confirmation from third-party suppliers.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees or non-refundable amounts.
